This category recognises organisations that have taken the lead in the fields of crisis management. Many organisations have faced significant changes to the way they work and have grappled with the challenges of remote working when employees are looking for trust, fairness, innovation, inclusivity and collaboration from their employers. Entries must detail how the HR team has proactively identified the crisis, implemented the strategy and tracked the progress will stand out – all while keeping employees motivated, engaged and safe. The judges will be looking for detail on the crisis itself, the various phases of implementation, what was HR’s involvement (if relevant include involvement with the employer’s business continuity plan) and how did HR help to avert the crisis, key initiatives to help reduce the impact of the crisis, how was success measured and how was the crisis resolved.
